no problem, the h500 is a great unit. If you have a motorola phone (Vxxx, V3, Etc) then you can do a seem edit for the volume gains for the bluetooth headset, meaning that you can hack the firmware to get a louder sound out the bluetooth headset, and also you can hack to raise the bluetooth mic sensitivity. What is the quality of the out going voice on this headset?

Some people I have talked to said that because the headset is small and far away from your mouth, it is hard for the other person on the line to hear you, or it can pick up a lot of background noise... Let me know cause im interested...

Sound quality is excellent. When talking to people it sounds just like a landline (assuming you're using a good phone). I have no problem with the background noise and my friend can hear me while i was driving with windows open!!

Outgoing sound quality is also excellent.

Battery life was an impressive 10+ hrs.
