Hi Guys,

Has anyone been to the lounge at Nick's in the NW by University?

My friend and I are going to watch flames tonight and are getting bored with our neighborhood pub.

Cananyone comment on the beer selection, prices, atmosphere, volume, and screen sizes for watching a hockey game?

Nicks is always pretty good... Never really had a complaint about there....
Beer selection is normal I guess, I dont drink... Prices are a bit high... Atmosphere is kinda dark and pubish, it can get loud (but not as loud as like schanks) during a game, and the screen sizes are like regular projection display screens... Not overly large...

yea, i dunno how that silly calgaryflames webstie schedule works, everytime it says 'not televised' it is still televised at pubs, etc. on like sportsnet

PPV says PPv....non-televised means not here, on regular cable or PPV....but it usually is televised in the city of the other team....hence with centre ice, you get that feed, or it might be on HDnet.
