Looking For Rims for Accord - 15"-17" ??? Cheap???

Looking for a set of rims for my Accord, New or Used.

Requirements:

-4 Bolt (4x100)
-39-41mm offset (? not sure?)
-15x7, 16x7, or 17x7

If you have anything let me know - I will need pics/ or time to see them before considering a purchase.

If you know any good deals in town, or can recommend some shops to see it, would be appreciated.

'89 Accords are 4x100 ... as far as I know.

Those Niche's are really nice - but might be a little outta my price range - I'll keep them in mind though. Thanks.
