i recently just bought a used car from the dealer and he offered me a 4 yr bumper to bumper warrenty or 80,000kms for 2100. is it worth it?

honestly, not really... have the car inspected by someone you trust instead... most times these things are a money grab and have fine print which won't cover you when you need it...

Buying an A6 you would be well advised to get the warranty. Check with Glenmore Audi or wherever you service the car that they are familiar with the company and the coverage is comprehensive for your vehicle.

what yr is it?

I'm guessing the dealer has a 30 day exchange/trade in policy? What are you trading it in for - another used or new?
