where to get fresh lobster

Where is the best place to get fresh lobster? I know they have them at TnT and superstore, but those tanks look gross and the lobsters seem sick/sketchy.

Does anyone know if any of the 'yuppie' supermarkets have fresh lobster?

Also, what is approximate price?

The only time it seems I ever eat Lobster is during The Kegs Lobster Summer.

Maybe I'll have to find a contact out east and get some shipped to me some day.
