cancelling xbox live subscription

i went through the hardest time trying to cancel my subscription...
took over an hour for the lady to do it

I had no problem. Just call, they ask why, you say "I don't have time for games" they say ok, when do you want it cancelled, and it's done. I've found Xbox Live to have great customer support.

I have cancelled many accounts before, no problems. On Halo 2 my rank is too high so everyone cheats, so I just made a bunch of 2 month free accoutns to pwn noobs when extremly bored.
edit* yes cancelling credit card also works, done that too.
