Ski trip for Long weekend on a budget.

any one know whats the best/cheap ( not necessary cheapest ) way to go overnight skiing for the family long weekend?

Thinking about staying in a hotel in Banff ( Banff inn, mount royal inn.. etc), and drive to Sunshine to ski. Any advice on which hotel to go? what does 2 of 3 days mean for lift ticket? is that 2 half day + 1 full day?

(Sat afternoon.. Sun Full,, and Mon morning?)

i know right now you can stay at the hotel on sunshine for something like $129 per person based on double occupancy. So $260 for 2 people in a hotel including 4 lift tickets which are worth $280 total. So basically if you buy four lift tickets you get $20 off plus a free night in a hotel.

2 of 3 days means 2 full day lift tickets to be used over a 3 day period.

that deals only apply on Sun - Thurs stay and up until Feb 16th ( rite before the long weekend.. of cuz..

$129/person before Feb 16, $519/person Feb 18/19 etc
