PAYPAL *MNRCREATION charge?

Has anyone ever had one of these show up on their bank account? It's not showing up on my Paypal account, and I just got off the phone with them and they show nothing like that be charged to me. It was for $20...it's not the money that bothers me, just the fact that it doesn't show up at their end although my account points the charge right at them. Any help would be great...thanks.
