I did have this rented for some time but i am looking at selling this place now. 3 bed rooms, 1.5 baths, 1100 sq ft. BRAND NEW carpet, paint, lino, and laminate. this place is in great shape and must be seen to appreciate. furthermore there is a basement with 2 large rooms in it that are partially finished, just need some paint and carpet and this can be a 5 bedroom place rather than 3. Appliances include washer/dryer/ fridge and stove and all are in good working condition. this will make a great starter home or possible investment for rental property. I have had this place rented out for the last 3.5 years for $900 plus utils but its time to let it go now since i am purchasing a new home.
