if you have 20k nish (exlcuding GST), and were to get a car bone stock and at least 99+. What would you get?
RSX?
Celica GT?
Jetta GLS?
prelude?

( no modding after)

2.2vtec

id get the prelude...the celica is a bit weak compared to those 2 i believe and i dont like the base rsx. and the only jetta that i would want is a 1.8t but these are my personal preferences

How many times have you asked this question? what car do you want, not what we want......and if you haven't even driven these cars, how are you in the market for a car......

As for the comment, no modding?:bullshit:  its only a matter of time:D

no stock cars allowed on beyond cruises......

And I hope you are buying used, you will not find any of those cars for 20k nish excluding GST.....

RSX all the way......very light 2700llbs, nice design, new interior, Premium package feels like you are driving a luxury car!

I'd put the 20,000 down on an RSX-S.
Northwest Acura has a Blue 2002, 25,000 kms for sale.
Should check it out.

hehe this time im looking for a car for real~ going to get one before Sept for sure :P
the Rx-8 thing didnt fly ( haha i was too ambigous :P)
so according to my dad.. these are the conditions
must be used ( no 2003 models)
must be newER ( so about 98,99+)
about ~20k
Preferr buying from dealer for warranty sake unless its from someone that i can really trust. ( thats why the 20k doesnt include GST)

and i personally wont ever have money to mod haha, my saving is all going to go toward Gas and maintance :P

Interior is really cool, I saw one in the parkade today when I was going out for lunch.

hhehe im nota big fan of integra. i mean they are nice but the exterior is kind of out of date and interior is definitly out.
I was flipping through the Trader today, there are like a billion prelude for sale, at least 10 or 15!!
The velside (sp?) celica is also for sell!and there is a 97' M3 w/ ~53000 clicks selling for 29k! ( but its in vancouver )

Yo man, RSX-S.
Amazing car.
20,000 down will get you a really good deal, and payments over 18months, would be like, 300 or less to finance.
That Veilside celica's been for sale for ever, the famous white one.
A 97 m3 for 29, sounds cheap :D
As for the Celica Interior.
How tall are you? The backseats are murder for like, anyone over 5 feet (ive read in many reviews) and ive also read in reviews, that for tall people, there is limited views, and some interior thingies can get in the way, such as the trim along the windows and stuff, well, fuck...you guys know what i mean

i'd still go for teh RSX-S. 02 Blue at Northwest Acura, 27,000 dollas.

Stratus_Power
03-08-2003, 08:54 PM
hehe the backseats in Celica were never meant for ppl ;P

but i think a Type S is too expensive, its not that i only have 20k, but my limit is about 20k.. anything more than that my dad thinks is too much and ppl would come kick my ass :P haha somewhere along that line. so yep, its not that i dont want to finance a type S, im just not allowed to

Max...
yeah, i know.
But then again, my friend has a 2003 E46 325Ci in White, and he pays 1,100 a year. and he's 16...

So based on those estimates, i would pay about 2000 on the RSX-S...
:D

dude, then the car is not insured under his name, no one that yuong driving a 'sports car' as labelled by tthe insurance company, would be paying 1100...bare bones individual insurance for our age bracket 16-20ish is still about 2k, the fact that its a new car would up this, and no doubt a brand new bimmer would have collision...its not his car...he just pays his dad a sum of money to 'take care of business'...dude...youre fucking stupid...:thumbsdow

98-99 Legacy GT

SVT Contour

or...... http://www.buysell.com/showad.asp?id=21825836 hell ya!
