Lock nuts

Alright guys, I searched and got nothing so here's my question

I want to get a set of lock nuts, but I know nothing about them.
Any recommendations on brand and where to go to get good service?

Also, a ballpark price would be great.

Doesn't your rims come with 4 locknuts? I thought all rims came with one lock nut / wheel, even my Protege has lock nuts and those aren't really expensive rims.

Also you probably don't need to look for a place with good service. I thought a lock nut was just 1 lugnut that is cast a certain shape, and you just attach that 'key' to your T-wrench to tighten it up. You just do it yourself.
