Parking Downtown Guy

I was downtown today and this guy comes up to me after i just bought my parking ticket to park downtown all day $22.00

He's says he'll sell me tickets from now till march for $160.00 he had them all in his hand. They had acouple different digets per slip....anyways i didn't buy any but my buddy which works downtown did last month and have worked so far.

Has any of you guys heard of this before?

Similar story happened to me, a guy ran up to me and sold me a ticket to park all day and when I was about to leave he'd ask for it back so he could sell it to someone else.

I park in lots all over dt near everyday, haven't ran into this yet... But then again, I know a lot of hiding spots where I dont have to pay, and try to get those first...

i think thats a great idea... at least he's doing ppl a favor, rather then sitting on his ass begging... like the others do. I can see him making at least 100 bucks doin that.

Yes he's making copies and changing transaction digets so there not all the same.

ah jeeze impark and parking authority's gonna lose it... I can see it now, "we had to put the price up to 84$ an hour to cover our losses"...
