MP3 and WMA players

Wondering if anyone knows if whether a deck that says will play MP3's will also play wma's as well. I've seen some decks that list both MP3's as well as WMA's but am just wondering if anyone has as deck that plays both but only lists as playing one.

What? Who cares about WMA though...no one uses it. And if you do have WMA files, just convert them to MP3 before burning...

and what deck do you have? Almost all new decks do both...

Most of them will say if they play mp3 & wma. It couldn't make any sence for them just to list just one or the other and not both. But GTS is right most of the new decks will play wma and mp3's

haha yah man, the only reason I used wma is because they took up less space and my portable mp3 player played both mp3 and wma, but it only listed as playing mp3. anyway, it was only a 1 gig mp3 player so I wanted to cram more songs onto it so I convereted all my music to wma and no longer have the originals on mp3. I also don't want to go through and download all the same songs again in mp3 format.

Well, I don't think anyone can really answer unless they've tried the specific deck...they're all different...

yah, that's what I figured, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone had a deck that just said mp3 but it played wma's as well...I guess I may just break down and either convert to mp3's all the wma's I already converted! haha Oh well.:dunno:
