Hey all, I'm currently looking at buying an amplifier for my classical guitar (which is the same thing as an accoustic amplifier). The brand doesn't matter terribly much, although it would be best if I could get my hands on something other than a Peavey. I'm looking for something that could hypothetically ride over drums if needed, so roughly 50 or 60 watts. Let's see what you have.:D

Is you guitar set up for an amp ??

You may have to install a pickup or get one of those in hole pickups.

Just FYI...

Good Luck.

I actually run my buddy's acoustic through my crate GXF 15 amp and it sounds pretty good.

Got on sale for about 170 at Music centre Canada.

I'm sure an actual acoustic amp will have better sound but I thought I would throw it out there as an option.

Good luck in the search.
