nice times.. I should find the 05 r6 that was running 9.6, I believe.. only strapped/lowered I think... these machines are def. nutty these days...

I'm pretty sure he means to strap down the front end to keep it from raising upon launch.

yes, that is correct.. Tighten down the forks, lower the front end..etc..
