Anyone have their's done over the winter? I always wondered how it would hold up in cold weather, being freshly applied...I've been holding off till spring...

i went to shadow tint. They actually took the window out, and cut the film accordingly, and it looked amazing. Very nice people as well.

Ive heard ICON is good as well.

On my old car I did mine in the dead of winter, and it held on perfectly. They offer a lifetime warranty against bubbling or other defects so why not do it now?

i got 5% on the windows, been pulled over twice for speeding, and they didnt say a thing. As well as pulled up at stop lights beside them, and they dont seem to care. I actually had a cop roll down his window, look at me, so i roll down my window, and he says "HEY, i just BOUGHT an 06 civic the other day! Looks sweet! How do you like it?". My g/f just laughed. He was really nice though.

I think they just get pissy when they have their antitint phase during the year.

I have heard some brutal stories about the cops rage on tint though. I cant remember who told me, but they said they went to like banff, and had a cop pull him over, and make him put cut marks in his tint film with a razor blade, and simply told him to get it removed. Brutal.

yea actually thats the thing...my ticket was from the RCMP not the city police. So his banff ticket would also be the RCMP. maybe its just the Calgary Police that dont care cuz i drove around in the city too beside cops and everything, and no one said anything.
