Gillette Fusion Power

OK, so I finally got my hands on one today at Shoppers Drug Mart.
They were on sale for $11.99 here.

The BEST shaver I have used, EVER.
Oh my god, this shaver. This shaver, OMG. :rofl:

Best $12 I've spent this month!

Yea I got it, gpomp as well. I didn't even know the release date, I went into Shoppers for some garbage bags and TP and we saw it. :bigpimp:
Good thing it was $6 off too, otherwise it'd be $17.99 + taxes.

I just picked mine up from super drug mart as well and I agree, this shaver owns. The single blade on the back is the best thing ever

Does the "Power" vibration thing actually make a difference?? I've only ever used the non power mach3 turbo, the vibrating seemed like a gimmick..

A lot of people say it's a gimmick. I can't really tell the difference, but it feels nice though as if it does do something heh.

Schick/Energizer had a false ad lawsuit against Gillette, which resulted in an injunction which prevented Gillette from stating in their ads that the vibrating raises hairs off the skin (the vibrations hair-lifting effectiveness could not be scientifically proven).

I'm not sure if this is before or after Schick came out with the Quatrro Power (which vibrates as well).

Kind of makes you wonder huh?

I used to be the biggest Gillette jockrider and was really looking forward to it's release, but luckilly, I saw the light and invested in something better, an modernized version of the old double-edged safety razor.

Went with a Merkur Futur Safety Razor and I am very pleased with it.
It shaves just as well as an M3 power, plus I'm not having to spend as much on replacement cartridges and staying out of the heated, one-upmanship razor wars that are fought with marketing hype. :thumbsup:

(Gillette is still better than Schick though :D)

Shick Extreme 3 is the best shave Ive ever had. The 4 blade razors suck. I might have to try this, just to see.

how special are they?

i'm using nivea for men, next i'm gonna try the neutrogena
and the nivea for me is more nourishing than gilette
