Is there a good shop in calgary that will cut the whole in my hood for a scoop?

It could end up being cheaper just to buy a new hood w/ scoop attached.

Go to ebay, 20 dollar scoop..... go buy a 15 dollar metal cutter.
*cut cut cut*
*insert scoop*
*apply duct tape*
Voila! hood scoop!

what colour is the impreza? maybe try a hood swap with someone who has a front mount intercooler and doesnt need the scoop anymore, or look for a part out on nasioc of a crashed car maybe.

i can get a wrx scoop for like $80
Some one told me it would be around $200 to have in cut into my hood.. is that wrong?
I have a Black wagon :)
a CF hood would be nice but they are like $600+ from what i have seen

the TS hood weights a ton.. definately get a wrx hood if you can.
why do you want a hoodscoop? turbo?

i really have no idea i thought it might be cheaper to have it cut in. i do have that indent part where the hood scoop goes..
I just want it for look.. and maby get a air box at some point that acutly uses it.
i dont know if that is a good or bad idea. i know next to nothing about it :)
I have seen thoese stick on ones you can get on ebay for like $20 thats weak tho
i have had the car for a month and the guy i bought it off said he shoped around and a shop in calgary said it would cost about $200 to have the hood scoop put in... but he did not rember what shop

Your probably better off checking out suby classified, ebay, etc. for a complete WRX hood.
If you find one that's dirt cheap, just have it repainted to match your car.

thats a wrx scoop on my alltrac
that cost me 120 or 150 to get it cut in
now its not moulded .. it does sit a lil high up from the hood for now
i didn get it moulded in or painted or nethin.. jus spray painted it for winter
so if u wuna get the cheap and easier way out like that for winter atleast leme know i can pm u the guys #
