View Full Version : Which Car To Buy?

Its about time for me to move on from sports cars and step up to luxury sedans...I have about $20,000-$25,000 to spend, and looking to get a 4 door sedan and leaning towards getting either a 98 or newer BMW or 98 or newer Mercedes Benz....


At that price range, what can I get or suggestions?And pros/cons of BMW vs Mercedes Benz


Any other car suggestions are welcome but has to be 4 door sedan and a luxury car

You should be able to get an E46 328i for that (99-00), but if you need something even bigger than a 3, the E39 5 series is a tremendous value IMO. You might be able to snag a 98-99 540i for 25K.

Thanx for your suggestion....5 series...:drool: but its still a toss up between Benz or BMW...choices choices...help me decide :dunno:

Have you considered any other brands? Older German cars CAN be a bitch to mantain.

Ie how luxury do you wanna be?

I've looked at Infiniti and cant find anything I like...also looked at a Lexus LS400...but yeah I wanna get a :bigpimp: luxury 4 door sedan

Acura TL's are nice, and in that range too :D

my mom just picked up a 03 TL, very nice car :)

u could probably pick up a type s for more power too :P

I might be selling my 02 TL premium. It only has 38,000km and it is a rare Firepepper Red.

I'm looking to buy now, soon, whenever....just searching right now...but whatever the car is, must have HIDS, must have a :bigpimp: interior and must be a 4 door luxury sedan..so send me some pics please
