The time has come to sell the trusty 1991 Blue Turbo Sprint unfortunatley....
Good:
Extremely good motor (150psi across)
turbo appears to be in good shape
full interior except stereo
nice sounding 2" crush bent exhaust
good clutch
transmission works well (filled with GM syncromesh)
rear and side window tint
no leaks
In 3000km's it burned approximatley 100ml of oil (probably less)
used varying brands of full synthetic oil since I first purchased it *recently had a Mobil 1 oil change*
Bad:
chassis and body are rusty. this is the perfect winter beater/daily driver, it has not left me stranded in over 10,000kms
front bumper is off of a MK2 sprint/firefly convertible LSi model, so no foglights *8 foglights added*
drivers interior door is regular metro handle/trim
windshield needs to be replaced
IIRC, km's are 240,000km. As I said, this car is the perfect beater. I am asking $800cdn obo, everybody is encouraged to make me an offer even if it seems like a lowball, I need the money/space/time to put into getting the GTi running and doing all of the work I need to get done on the Firefly. Thanks guys! *new pics of it cleaned and tidied up will be up tomorrow*
