Took the woman to this restaraunt in kensington yesterday, called "Muse". (holy crap was it pricy :( ) But anyways, i asked what they had on tap, and they said they had this "Ambush Beer", so i said id try it. It was awesome. Tasted great with my meal, and it lasted the whole meal.

For hard alcohol, Crown Royal is my drink.

Man if I was so poor that the only beer I could afford was AGD/Crest or nothing, I'd be sober. Thats gotta be the worst shit I've every had the displeasure of drinking. I think a Conglomerate mix of Pilsner, O'Douls 0.5 and swamp water would likely taste better, haha.

Although dont get me wrong, definatly a choice beer for campers though, SOOO cheap. Get yourself half cut on nice premiums and then finish on the night on garbage because at that point it all tastes the same.

Not an attack on ya bud, for serious, just that for me, that stuff is a horrific bastardization of what beer should taste like, but I know good friends who dont mind it. Perhaps I'm more critical of my beers thanks to jdmakkord/Kouki S14

Haha, I was waiting for that!!! It's funny because I work in a bar, and usually only drink premiums, but then I flip and just slum it... And we always get a funny look when we pull up to the boat launch in my friends BMW X5 pulling a brand new boat, and then thow in a case of $10 beer! But it gets the job done! And like you said, it perfect for when you want to build your buzz on the good stuff, then cruise on the crap!

About time someone gave gibsons a mention. I have to say, all you crown royal drinkers need to be properly educated. I bought some crown during christmas cause it was on sale, and I don't really like giving my gibsons rare out for people who are just going to get liquored.

Do youself a favour, buy gibsons 12 year and compare it to your crown. Then go out and guy the gibsons rare with the cork in the top, expensive, but if you are just having one drink, it is nectar.
