and when you're leaving parkades, do you get out of the car, stick the ticket in and then walk back into the car?

Bring a friend....or buy a small RHD like an Alto Works or a Beat, something you can reach over with.

I'm right handed will this pose a problem when I reach across?

I'm afraid if I use my weaker left hand I might spill my drink.

Should I just go in and tell people I drive a RHD and not risk making a fool of myself in the drive-through?

Heh ... never thought of this for you RHD people. Drive in reverse .. ha ha! I'd just park and go in. Ehhh ... as for the parkade .. that's a headache, no?

Haha, so buying a RHD car makes you get into better shape....
RHD is good for your health ;)

Seriously though, I'd just drive through all of them in reverse. Parkades and everything.... Although I guess it would be awkward when you get out onto the road?... Or getting into the parkade at busy times. You would have to go past it, then everybody behind you would just go in instead of letting you back up....
Hmm.

True... and passing on a highway during the daytime would suck too...
Maybe RHD is bad for your health....
Wait, better yet.
RHD is good for your health, but bad for your life ;)

:D :D :D Just make sure if you do that that you bring in some pictures of your car so you can show them as you're telling them it's RHD. Actually, better yet, take in pictures of a car much nicer than yours and tell everyone you drive that.

Reversing through drive-thrus sometimes works, but some drive-thrus are just not intended to go backwards in. The way they're laid out makes it physically impossible without going back and forth a couple times. (i.e. Sunridge McDonalds)

Usually i can reach no problem, pulling up close enough to the window without scratching the car is the main concern.

That only works at very few places.
