going up a hill if you were to use chains,.. you'd think to put them on the drive tires :D

I believe a good set of winter tires are in order for this mustang owner.

It's hard to really tell the incline or what the hill actually looks like, but I bet those chains would be mighty handy going downhill on black ice as most of the braking would be done by the front obviously.

Given the conditions (freezing temps, wet roads) I'm pretty sure they didnt have a problem getting up the hill or stopping for the photo. It's more likely coming down would be the problem.
