I have no worreis hooking up a server sometime for a few hours.

BEYOND.CA CS:S and will be passworded.

The password will be: boosted.

There we go. Now everyone knows.

Server will be set for 20 ppl, 10 per team.

It pretty much runs on basic computers. Runs on my desktop and my laptop fine. Just need a little fast internet connection so that it doesn't lag.

I think its just a software thats called DirectX...7 is the version...9 is recommended. That software is mostly included in the games CD..should prompt a question if you want to install it when installing the game.

A DirectX 7 level video card is a video card designed to be completely hardware compatible with that version of direct X... a GeForce 2 for example.

A directX 9 level video card is much more recent (a GeForce 6800, for example).

Wrong. Goto the steam website and download steam, then buy counter-strike Source through steam. It will start downloading automatically. Its $20.

an Ip would be helpfull for finding out where we are supposed to play, rather than just posting up the server name..
