nope, not at all. awesome shape! engine was really clean, had all fresh fluids, there really was just a few rust spots as described. had the windshield and muffler replaced (I knew about these already). still one heck of a deal. didn't encounter a single problem you didn't tell me about yet (all minor and fairly inexpensive). great stuff.
