Good place to get a complete inspection?

I'm starting to buy parts for my car for the spring and I'm thinking maybe I should give this new girl a full check before messing around with her ;)

Where can I go to get the whole deal tested??
suspension, brakes, engine compression, subframe, tranny, etc...

Blaskin and Lane is on my list of places to firebomb..... a few years back when I had my mazda they installed my winter tires and only put on bolt per rim..... didnt notice..went on the highway and the car started vibrating like nobody's business... now I curse everytime I go by there. :guns:
