I didnt race it, I had a nice bang up with it! and the worst thing was he was parked :thumbsdow ... I was driving straight and my back end just came out, and I tried to compensate but my Z rated tires, on 18's with my stripped trunk didnt help out...

So my car is fucked up bad, so once again another delay to my motor... :thumbsdow

guys be careful out there, I thought I was and it still happened

My rims are only on the back.. I dont have extra tires kicking around, and I figured they would give enough traction to keep the back on the road... It is a FWD car...
but i was wrong

That's too bad...but those tires are NOT for winter.

Did you run or did you give him the info?

I got out, and talked to the guy ( he was home )
He was really cool about it, just gave a shrug and said... Ahh shit happens :dunno:

The rear tires contribute a lot more in slick conditions than people realize, especially during braking and turning. Makes for some crazy oversteer when turning on icy roads! :D

I have Z- Rated all season Dunlop SP 5000's. They are really nice tires actually, but for some reason I dont think all season and Z rated should be used in the same sentence. It kinds defeats the purpose dont you think? ;)

Yeah even if you have winter tire up front and all season at the back on a FWD you still have a big chance of the back end slipping. I can't imagine using Z rated at the back for winter! :)

You can throw 350s into Astro Vans...... watch out for those . I was also in the Silverhill Courtesy HOnda Odessey a couple of days, and that thing has balls (for a mini van)! Not to mention the guy drives like a maniac too.....

Yup some of those vans can be quite insane. I've seen one do 11's down the 1/4 mile.

ConVict

No I didnt run ...
But I found out that this accident isnt so bad ( besides me paying for buddies van )
I got a body kit that will overlap my back bumper damage, I have a parts car that can give me the back tail light... So my cost for repairs is going to be nothing...
not to bad

Hopefully I will be fully kitted in a month then
