i'm out a bit of money now because of my insurance company and the stupid rental company.
i'll start it off
So I was forced to rent a car and they guy that rented it out had said that the insurance would cover the underage charge that would ensue because I was the insured on the policy, now when the rentals all done, the charged me 109.14 for it, 6 a day for about 17 or so days. the only reason i added my name on there was because he said it would be covered by insurance. now the insurance company won't pay for it, and the rental company is saying they didn't say that. wtf!!! i'm now officially out more than $250 because the insurance company is screwing me over on stuff.
insurance company is ING insurance (POS company IMO)
and the rental company is Enterprise 4628 Macloed Trail South, stay away from that place. Barry especially. the sob said the insurance would cover it, and now hes saying he would not say a thing like that.
anyone else have bad experience with rental and insurance companies?
