B16a Vtec head(can bolt up to most B-series engines) $400

p28's are all OBD1 though... Are you sure it's OBD0?

I have the intake manifold, no exhaust manifold, The motor is coming out of my car in a week. So It should have whatever harness's you need.

Sounds like your ECU is a PR3 then if it's OBD0 B16A.

The ECU's are all pretty much the same unless you get the half-size OBD1 JDM ECU's with the surface mount components - those are tougher to chip but work the exact same.
