Actually couldn't women be better drivers? Women can deal with g-forces better than men (so I've read somewhere)?

ya most can be really good drivers, but they are also more affected by speed i think also, though that may be a good thing. female reaction time is also supposed to be quicker than some males also. (or so i heard)

It's pure physical strength that can be a challenge for women, especially on the road courses. A lot of work to toss these cars around for two hours.
