How low do you wear your pants?

So I'm in Chinatown standing behind this dude in line to get my pants hemmed. This fob looking asian dude pants is (I shit you not) almost down to his knees. WTF?!:confused: The lady asks him how much to hem his jeans, he stands there and says he doesn't know. So she proceeds to measure the length from his waist down but if he's going to wear it that low then from the waist down is the wrong measurement. Anyway I don't understand this style, never have. :nut: :dunno: :rofl:
