Hey, I have a question from an out of town friend.

Anyone know if there's a store in the city that specializes in Mexican funiture and such???

Theres a place in eau claire that has lots of rustic mexican type stuff, mostly just trendy crap but there's some nice stuff there.

If your looking for furniture from outside of the states/canada it's probably gonna be alot more expensive.

There's also a a store in Sunridge Mall. They don't specialize in Mexican crafts/furniture, but I've seen some there. It's a very culturally-diverse store in the lower level by The Bay.

hmm i cant remeber but there is one in Avenida shopping center by the sport check..

I owned the store in Avenida. I closed the doors on "Artisans de Mexico" just after Christmas 2001.

What kind of things are you looking for? I still have a few connections.

I'm looking for a friend, he met some woman a couple years ago who said she owned or worked in some mexican store in Calgary and he wants to know if it is still here.

Ohh, but I could always use a sombrero. :bigpimp:
