Last nite this guy comes to my friends door and askes "Do you know who drives that Taurus over there?" my friend said it was mine. He then said that he hit it (nice guy to come tell me). But the dumbass was going to fast and missed his turn completly and hit my car. I know it is only a Taurus but still. There is now $1200 worth of damage to my car, thank god I am not paying for it.

The title of this thread isn't fair at all.
You should call it "Polite Drivers", because 99% of people would have slapped it in reverse, and driven away.
Then you'd be screwed.

he's right you know. your friend should be thankful the guy was honest, it sucks bad when people hit you and take off.

Yeah it probably would have been real easy to take off too, bet no one saw it. Thats like the easiest hit and run situation.

Ya the guy was like super nice and $hit, went and paid for the repair before anything was done to it. Calgary needs more honest people like that in it.

At least he told you, thats a lot more considerate than most people are. Being stuck on the hook for $1200 damage because someone smacked your car and drove off really sucks.

thats what insurance is for Killumanti, the guys insurance will pay for it, if he didn't tell t-rus about it though, t-rus' insurance would pay for it meaning big hikes for t-rus
