Looking at my stats, it's sending out at full speed that I've limited to. So there must be a bunch of others downloading.

Also noticed you're on Telus. It looks like the Telus downloaders are getting slower speeds than the Shaw downloaders. It looks like there's either high latency for Telus causing delays between packets, resulting in slower speeds. Looks like Telus's upstream traffic is packed, causing high latency.

hehe, I am lucky enough to have every game in HD for the olympics. Sucks when NHL starts back up, only 1 or 2 HD flames games left for this year.... sooooooo spoiled! :(
