7 or 7.5 don't matter. 4x100. Doesn't have to come with tires or lugs, but must be in near mint condition. If reconditioned, a receipt would be great so I know where it was reconditioned.
Anybody have or know of any for sale for a decent price, I'd love to hear about it.
