I know; I was bored and looking around downtown a few weeks ago - starting prices in 'decent' areas of about 350....oh, you wanted a parking spot, well that'll be another 50,000, lmao.

I'm assuming U of A........there's a bus stop right by the condo that takes you to the Heritage bus terminal(2 min drive). From that terminal there's a bunch of buses that will take you straight to the U of A. I'd say maybe 15-20 mins ride, maybe shorter?

I don't know what 'decent' means to you, but a person does not have to spend that kind of money - unless you're used to a fairly spoiled lifestyle.

I'm out of town at the moment but am going to be back in Edmonton this weekend. I will PM you then and I'd like to come by and take a look at the place.

Thanks!
