Purchasing Accord. Need Advice pls

2002 Honda Accord 4 Door with 50K Power everything top of the line Accord with extra warranty and taxes it's coming out to be $26,000
My buddy is thinking of buying it and i am saying no to him. I personally think it's way too much for it. What do you guys think?
