This game is great but does anyone know how to do a roster update for ps2? I know you can do it for PC and I've heard of ppl doing it for ps2 but I can't find anything on the net about it.

You can't save the online roster update to your settings.

It's weak, but if anyone finds a way please share.

i did but i dont remember how i did it
you should check the nhl easports forum. thats where i found out how to do it

works for PC fine...but I don't even play it. All about 2kSports....if anyone's selling a network adapter so I can dl rosters for that, lemme know.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Technical Support.

If you're able to establish a proper connection and once your online, the game will automatically prompt you to download the latest rosters(if available). Unfortunately, Technical Support does not have any information about the scheduling of the roster updates. The best source of information on updates would be the news section in the online lobby.

I already did that, but the rosters not complete. There's no Phaneuf and a couple of other players with funky names. :confused:

I doubt you'll see any rookies on there. They wouldn't allow any rookies to be on the game b/c they haven't played an official nhl game and since the game was created b4 the season started, no rookies!

So for the roster updates, it's probably just the player trades and such.

I wonder if lemieux would be off of the pens.

nope guys
theres a way to do it..but like i said you have to search on the easports boards for it

theres a trick to doing it and after you do it you have your rookies and everything

yeah I heard that there is a way to do it with the rookies too. Just gotta find out how.

ok this is what u do
go online do the roster update...
then exit the online version back to the main menu
it should ask u if u want to save the online roster
and say yes and save it.....

that's the way to do it but you won't get any rookies.

cause it worked for me
i was the capitals when i used updated rosters for my season
and ovechkin was in it
and phaneuf was in it and crosby and getzlaf and richards and perry and all of them.....
i dunno what to say haha
