It was shot on film. Film has no set resolution, and depending on the film used, can look really good in HD.

haha Tom's Restaurant, I've been there too! Went there on my last NY trip. Same restaurant for the song Tom's Diner.

While I guess it's cool, I don't see the point of making these kinds of shows in HD, it's not like it makes it funnier. :dunno:

Only things I really care about in HD are sports and action or scenery related shows.

I can imagine George's chest hair during the shrinkage episode on HD ><.

Then again, Jerry's dates may look better.

Makes it more enjoyable. Imagine Elaines hair in the first few seasons.

No, but ppl like me like to rewatch old Seinfeld eps. Much more enjoyable in HD.

I've been catching the first and second seasons of knight rider and quantum leap remastered in HD the last month haha.

I'm still watching Seinfeld as well, I don't think HD for it will be a huge deal. :dunno: Might make it a little more enjoyable, but I'd be more interested in X-Files in HD or Star Trek and shows like that.

you don't need to "Shoot in high def" to make a high def versiom. the high definition version of the original pink panther (1963) looks amazing.

but the episodes were still shot in 4 x 3 ratio which sucks
