No, it will not. Unlike the cheap Autometer rivet on gauge pods, this is a direct replacement of the stock A-pillar cover.

BUMP for a very nice gauge pod, I bought one for my Lude a couple years ago, very good quality:thumbsup: and they are the only ones made for the 3rd gen!!
