I wonder if anyone has any pics of the damage.

Is it common practice not to tie down the front of the car to prevent it from doing that? A couple of ratchet straps could have helped a bit.

It says that the car was strapped down correct but the guy hit the wheel on accident and then when he saw it going off he reacted like most drivers and hit the brakes, the first thing they tell you never to do on a dyno. No one got hurt but there was just a little fender damage that they fixed that day.
