Broken Seats?

My friend has a 2000 civic coupe, and on her passenger seat the little "switch" i suppose it could be called, (to more the seat forwards and lean it forwards to let people in/out of back seat) only leans the seat forward, and o longer moves on its own, she needs to manually move it everytime. Now she can't swap the seats, but any idea whats wrong? Or a quick and easy fix for it?

You can usually buy internals for a seat. They are usually more than $150, but if you can find them at a wrecker, you'll get them way cheaper. I'd just throw in some racing seats, thats what I did on an old cavalier I had..lol.
