milk and fish

Anyone heard (wives tale) I guess that drinking milk with fish gives you those white spots on your skin....any thoughts?

Never heard of anything like that. Like you said probaly and old wives tale. Probaly someone ate milk and fish and the next day they got a rash from an allergic reaction which ended up in a scar etc etc

Might give you the runs but don't think it'll give you spots. Like 00CivicSi said, it's probably from an allergic reaction.

Definitely a wives tale.... I mean, milk is a base for cream sauce that fancy restaurants put over their perfectly grilled fish steaks:dunno:

I went on a skim milk/tuna diet for about 6 months. No runs or anything but i did develop some sort of skin discoloration on my face. It eventually went away, and i also discontinued my almost exclusive consumption of fish and milk, but not sure exactly how the two were related. If you do mix them i would just not go to an extreme, i'm sure you'll be fine.
