I'm wondering which car would people prefer to purchase from a range of 15gs to 20gs?

Out of the conditions you have in the poll the VW GTI was my choice. The Audi was a close second.

Many of them listed would have horrendous repair costs.

s2000 or the GTi.
And like QuasarCav said, most of those cars are going to have hefty repair costs:burnout:

What do you want the car for? If its a daily driver id go for the WRX or the A4, if its a fun car probably the S2K... I dont think there is a shitty car on the list, but its all about personal taste man...

I'd have a tough time buying an older german car that has no warranty left but that's just me.

RSX if you can find one in your price range. All the rest with high mileage you're asking for trouble.

You're gonna choose a car based on a poll?..
I would choose the RSX, with a Volkswagen GTi a close second.
All the other ones are either:
a)insanely high mileage
b)not legally importable
But not like you're gonna find a clean Type S for 15-20.
