Pizza Hut call centre

Hello,

I called Pizza Hut last night to place an order and I had a rather unpleasent experience.

I'm guessing that the call centre is not located in Calgary, It took me about 15 min to tell the lady on the phone that I wanted to pick up from the braeside location and not the location closest to my house. She had no idea where Macleod Trail was and could not understand what I'm saying.

After the ordeal that was getting my location sorted out I was running out of patience. It then took her about 5min to read the specials of a canned response list and even then it was hard to understand.

My real question to those of you that know is: Is the Pizza Hut call centre outsourced to India?

Even if you try to look for each locations phone number it just tells you to call 310-1010 for all inquiries.

I used to work at Braeside LOL. Back in those days we had cute little 16 year old girls answer phones right there. mmmmm I miss those days hehe. Next time just try 299-5585 or 299-5587 can't remember now it's a direct line to braeside. :D

The call centre sucks. Went to pick up my order and they had no record of it and the dude working is like "our call centre always loses orders" But on the good side they did make mine a rush and gave me 50% off.

I also sent them an email and there reply was just pathetic. I would post it but I think I deleted it.
