Ok, so I just off the phone with a very nice Shaw HR Rep, and had the first part 'phone interview' where they asked the basic questions about availability and tell me a time about.... and now I'm scheduled for Round two, an in person office interview. The position is inbound call centre.

Does anyone have any suggestions or heads up on what to expect, I would really like to rip this interview apart and any help at all would really help!!

i used to work there. want to ace it? heres how.

team player, like working with others, feel great helping others in general.

make sure your ref's are solid as they will for sure call.

want to make them smile and dream about you?

mention the great TEAM VALUES they have that you hear about.

mention its important to be ACCOUNTABLE
mention that its great to have strong work and family BALANCE
mention that working flex hours is wonderful because it allows great companies like SHAW to ensure they are really being accountable to their clients.

oh and one more thing - if you want to make it up the ladder, pucker up to your bosses arse big time cause at shaw, and anyone else here can confirm this, you gotta pucker up and get that nose real brown. good ways to do this is to :
-mention that they look great today
-walk real fast around the building like your in a hurry to get back to work
-dress like your boss
bring tim hortons timbits and coffee( the way your boss likes it) once a week
-love the shows your bosses watch on the tv.
-never exceed your bandwith

follow those lines and your in and movin on up!

you may think this is funny and wrong, but i can honestly say its true.

It doesn't sound too bad... my GF says its an ok place to work... they try to fuck you over sometimes, but for the money and amount of work you do, its all good.
