Moron in Ford Escort V?(P or R)L 147

In Richmond Registry, at Westhills. This guy in a blue Ford Escort was driving about 60 km/h in a parking lot while cutting off 2 people and almost rear-ending another vehicle. One vehicle which he cut off was my girlfriend who was taking her road test at the time. She had to brake rapidly right on the on-ramp into the parking lot (threat of being hit from behind from the traffic on the road). He went into the registry and after exiting I talked to him in a courteous manner and told him to stop pulling shit like that to which him, and his girlfriend just laughed so I went to write down his license plate but he sped away so I did not catch the second letter.

If someone knows him or he's on this site, please let me know who it is.

And yes, I will be filing a report on the idiot. Even the instructor herself wanted to have a word with they guy but he left.

The only thing you stand to gain by confronting someone like that is a laugh (which you got) or a punch in the face, which you should be glad you didn't get. Idiots are idiots for a reason... because they don't get life. So approaching an idiot and trying to teach him/her the etiquette of life with a few words in a few seconds is futile. This is exactly what I told him:

"You should watch where you're going cause you might hurt someone and I don't understand how people like you can get their license."

I only did this cause my gf had to brake really fast and that deducted some of her points which ultimately made her fail the exam so she was crying her heart out. I was trying to keep myself from hitting him cause that wouldn't have done anything. And if he would have hit me for me simply speaking to him and not swearing and freaking out, he wouldn't walk away from there.

Ha saw him tonight, going up sarceee from westhills area.

GF in the car too, he wanted to squeeze in coming onto sarcee, but I didnt let him in (yield anyway), come up behind me all close.. its really icey, there was an accident and it was really backed up tonight.

He come past, trying to look in, realises the tint is way to dark and just carries on, pull up beside him at the lights and he doesnt even look my way lmao. I love tint.

I've seen him around too.
He also tried to cut me off at the end of a yield onto sarcee. I just laid on the horn as he tried to edge out infront of me, and gave him the finger as I passed.

At the time I thought that might have been a little harsh, now I don't :)
