03-09-2006, 05:46 PM
Hey guys heres some quick shots of my car with all 3 sets of rims that ive run.. i have suspension sitting in my garage that im contemplating installing.. just gotta decide if im gonna sell the whip or keep it

obviously the stockers... 16's

the first set, 18 inch ADR Spartans

and the new 19 inch Axis Spyders

let me know what u guys think

03-09-2006, 05:47 PM
and the park job in the 3rd pic makes the wheel gap look huge.. its not actually that big, im half on the curb on the other side

03-09-2006, 06:06 PM
You need to slam that ride ASAP but ur new 19's look :bigpimp:

03-09-2006, 06:11 PM
:bigpimp: Need a drop ASAP! And switch your tails to red/clear, but thats your choice :dunno:

03-09-2006, 06:13 PM
yeah man, lower that shit asap!

you could take a nap in that wheel gap.

03-09-2006, 06:15 PM
tails are red and clear. haha and i knew all i was gonna hear was "LOWER THAT BIATCH"

03-09-2006, 06:18 PM

Nice Audi, your last set of wheels are a great choice.

03-09-2006, 06:19 PM
drop it and loose that hideous grill.

03-09-2006, 06:43 PM
the grill does look a bit out of place...

the 19s look best as for the rims :)

03-09-2006, 10:14 PM
The 19's look great for sure... why did you park on the curb???

03-09-2006, 10:25 PM
I used to have spiders for my car they are killer wheels looks wicked on your good job

03-09-2006, 10:54 PM
I like 4x4's...oh its a car. j/k

The 19's look the best but you have way too much wheel gap. It needs to be lowered.

03-10-2006, 01:49 PM
Looks good on the 19's.. I will spare you having to read the same thing everyone else wrote...

I think the grill is fine.. but dont care a ton for the rings...

03-10-2006, 01:59 PM
I like the stockers :dunno:
OEM grill was nicer, too. I have to ask though... why did you relocate the rings?

03-10-2006, 02:01 PM
i liked the black ADR's :dunno:

03-10-2006, 04:04 PM
haha i know it needs to be lowered... i just dont know if i wanna keep the car.. and the grill is pimp i dont care what anyone here says, the rings are offset just because its different

and i really liked the ADR's too... i wish they were 19's though. the spiders are pimp though..

03-10-2006, 06:38 PM
Preferred the ADR's myself...even if they were 18's ...the 19's look like many other wheels....kinda sleepy looking....maybe if they were black or gunmetal?

03-10-2006, 06:48 PM
IF anything, i like the look of the ADR's better than the Axis, and also, lose that grill, it looks disgusting. If you need to do something different, just lose the 4 rings or black them out and center it.

03-10-2006, 06:51 PM
yah 18s look the best just the color that matches better
and definately needs to be lowered regardless if your selling it or not...lower it

03-10-2006, 06:54 PM
Its been said but I'll say it again, drop that puppy, the rims are super nice but getting hammered by the 4x4 look. Where'd you get your wheels btw? and how much did you pay?

03-11-2006, 02:39 AM
the axis are gunmetal... the grill is here to stay... the car is officially going in to get lowered this week....i payed 1400 for the rims without rubber american... i got a pretty good deal considering they dont make those rims anymore and ive been lookin for them forever.... got the wheels out of Arizona.. or maybe that was the ADR's

03-11-2006, 05:49 AM
I believe they had the spiders at CMS a few months back
not sure if they still carry them.

03-11-2006, 12:10 PM
Having them in store and having them in store with the right bolt pattern is a different story...

03-11-2006, 08:00 PM
^^Exactly.... i dont drive a civic bud, 5x112 is not stocked anywhere

03-11-2006, 08:19 PM
post pics when it's lowered...

03-11-2006, 10:52 PM
looks ok...those are my least favorite wheel axis makes. needs a drop bad

03-13-2006, 12:24 AM
Spyders look way better!! Liking the grill too.
Planning on getting a lip kit after the drop?

03-13-2006, 12:35 AM
Looks good

03-13-2006, 12:35 AM
just loose the damn rings on the grill then!

03-13-2006, 12:40 AM
I prefer the ADRs myself, post pics after your drop.

03-13-2006, 12:58 AM
yeah i just ordered ABT sides and rear as well as a type R lip.. everything is polyeurothane. im going to replace the front lip with either an rs4 front or an oettinger lip... im thinking about putting the rings in the center, at the bottom of the grill.. car should be getting lowered as soon as i get back..

03-13-2006, 12:59 AM
oh and i live in Elbow Valley, so i dono what side of SB haha

03-14-2006, 08:13 AM
Im not even gonna bother lowering the car.. its going into the shop to get some work done and then its being sold.... time to rock a new Audi, S4 or TT

03-19-2006, 04:53 PM
wow that is a sexy audi man i love those cars
if you took the second pair of rims (gun metal black) and lowered it DAMN would that be nice i also like how u put the emblem.

03-21-2006, 09:00 AM
thanks for the comments and constructive critisism :bigpimp: but the car is officially for sale...soon to be replaced by i dont know the fuck what

03-21-2006, 09:13 AM
I like the grill a lot, I don't know why everyone else hates it so much. I like the offset rings, looks very different from anything else out there.
Wheels are ok, definitely look a whole lot better than stock.

03-21-2006, 10:10 AM
I'd lower it and put the 16s back on.

03-21-2006, 10:45 AM

the 18" look the best IMO if the car was lowered. the 19s are too big IMO

now this guys got style

who would ride on stock wheels over a good set of 19" wheels unless your trying to make your car faster which obviosly hes not looking to do.
