Looking to rent a house, preferably 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, basement, doesn't matter if it's finished or not. Any size backyard is fine as long as there is one. Must accept pets, as we have a medium sized dog (beagle/cockerspaniel). There will be three of us moving in, my fiance and myself, as well as a friend. We are looking for a place in the Southwest( Southwood-Kingsland) or a place in the Southeast (Fairview-Willowpark). Looking to move in July 1st as that's when our current lease ends for our apartment. Looking to pay $1100.00 or less per month, not including utilities. All of us work and have steady jobs and don't drink or smoke. Just looking for something bigger then a two bedroom apartment and a yard. Thanks.
