Hey guys,

im considering to purchase a 2000 323i in the near future...i was just curious if anyone had any good or bad experiences with "chipping" there bmw's...also, what exactly does the performance chip do?...is it good/bad for your car?

Just do shark. All plug and play.....dealership won't even know you did it. Go to tunerworks and they'll tell you all about it.

Wrong.

The dealer will know you did it, but chances are, you are out of warranty.

350 + dollars for this? No way would I do it. Gains are minimal, 5whp is it? And a rev limiter increase to 7k, which is not worth it.

If you go with FI then an ECU upgrade is neccesary, but you would go with AA (active autowerkes).

Haven't listed the car itself.

I've got the Brembos and HREs off the car. Still have to take out the coilovers, it got coldbefore I could finish
